A wooden sun for the smallest hands. Echoing the sun symbols of folk craft traditions — a form carved across these lands for centuries, now redrawn in solid wood for the first object a baby holds. Designed for hands as small as one year old: rounded edges, no metal parts, no batteries. The petals turn through small fingers, the wood warms in the palm, the object sits on the shelf as a small sculpture between games. Because when a child arrives, the sun does too.
